В статье анализируются ограничения доминирующей психосоматической парадигмы в современной психиатрии и общей медицине. На основе эпидемиологических данных и критического обзора теоретических оснований обосновывается необходимость новой интегративной модели — «непсихиатрической психиатрии». Концепция фокусируется на церебральном единстве психических и соматических функций как предмете исследования, предлагая пересмотр диагностических и терапевтических подходов в условиях роста психосоматической патологии в первичном звене здравоохранения.

The article analyzes the limitations of the dominant psychosomatic paradigm in modern psychiatry and general medicine. Based on epidemiological data and a critical review of theoretical foundations, the necessity for a new integrative model — “non-psychiatric psychiatry” — is substantiated. The concept focuses on the cerebral unity of mental and somatic functions as the subject of research, proposing a revision of diagnostic and therapeutic approaches in the context of increasing psychosomatic pathology in primary healthcare.
