Испытуемым были предъявлены нейтральные и угрожающие зрительные стимулы.Результаты: активация корковых и лимбических структур оказалась в целом больше у больных шизофренией, чем у группы здоровых, на оба типа стимулов, по-видимому, из-за неадекватной оценки эмоциональной значимости и нарушения баланса процессов возбуждения/торможения.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim was to the study neuroimaging of neural correlates of emotions in patients with paranoid schizophrenia in acute psychosis.Material and methods: fMRI was used to reveal the difference in activation of cortical and limbic structures of the brain in patients compared to healthy control.
