Результаты: выделены пять основных типов головокружения: вестибулярное, постуральное, липотимическое, цервикогенное, функциональное. В последние годы введено понятие персистирующего постурально-перцептивного головокружения (ПППГ). Рассмотрены три основных клинических ситуации, связанные с головокружением: 1) одиночный длительный эпизод головокружения, как правило, вестибулярного, 2) повторяющиеся эпизоды головокружения, 3) хроническое головокружение. Вывод: синдромальная и нозологическая квалификация головокружения обосновывает этиопатологенетический подход в лечении заболевания.</p></sec><sec><title> </title><p> </p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The aim was to review the main types of vertigo and the basic strategy of treatment. Results: there are fve main types of vertigo: vestibular, postural, lipotimic, cervicogenic and functional. The notion of persisten postural-perceptive verigo was accepted last years. Three clinical situations concerning vertigo are considered: 1) single long-term episode of vertigo commonly vestibular; 2) recurrent episodes of vertigo; 3) chronic vertigo.
