Generally, studies on the role of alpha-l-adrenoceptors yielded most promising results in the fields of neurocognitive disorders, stress-related disorders and schizophrenia. In these disorders selective alpha-l-adrenoblockers penetrating through the blood-brain barrier are reasonable candidates for the clinical evaluation.</p>
<title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion: active study of alpha-l-adrenoceptors and its disfunction determine pathway mechanisms and perspectives of therapeutical intervention.</p>
</trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>А1АР</kwd><kwd>острая реакция на стресс</kwd><kwd>посттравматическое стрессовое расстройство (ПТСР)</kwd><kwd>нейрокогнитивные расстройства</kwd><kwd>шизофрения</kwd><kwd>празозин</kwd><kwd>ницерголин</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>alpha-l-adrenoblockers</kwd><kwd>acute stress reaction</kwd><kwd>post-traumatic stress disorder</kwd><kwd>neurocognitive disorders</kwd><kwd>schizophrenia</kwd><kwd>Prazosin</kwd><kwd>Nicergoline</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Kozisek М.Е., Bylund D.B.
