Однако описанные в научной литературе данные неоднозначны. Одним из методов определения латерализации слухоречевых функций является дихотическое прослушивание. Данная методика проста в использовании и удобна для применения как в исследовательской, так и в клинической практике.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель исследования</title><p>Цель исследования: выявить и описать различия в слухоречевой деятельности между группами пациентов с эндогенными психическими заболеваниями и психически здоровыми людьми с помощью теста дихотического прослушивания.</p></sec><sec><title>Материал</title><p>Материал: обследованы три группы испытуемых: 33 психически здоровых, 35 больных эндогенными аффективными расстройствами и 54 больных шизофренией.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы исследования</title><p>Методы исследования: тест вербального дихотического прослушивания с четырехпарным предъявлением слов посредством специального аудиоматериала, предложенный D. Kimura и адаптированный на русский язык Б.С. Котик.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: выявлены: 1) более высокая частота правых профилей асимметрии в слухоречевой деятельности у пациентов с эндогенными заболеваниями по сравнению со здоровыми; 2) относительно высокая частота билатеральности в группе здоровых испытуемых и низкая среди пациентов, особенно с диагнозом шизофрении; 3) высокий процент отклонения от нормативных значений КПУ у больных эндогенными заболеваниями, что существенно реже отмечалось в группе здоровых; 4) снижение продуктивности (в основном за счет слов, предъявленных на левое ухо) и эффективности в слухоречевой деятельности у пациентов с эндогенными заболеваниями, особенно с шизофренией, по сравнению со здоровыми испытуемыми; 5) зависимость слухоречевой деятельности от тяжести психического состояния: наименьшая эффективность обнаруживалась у пациентов с выраженной шизофренической симптоматикой, потребовавшей лечения в стационаре.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы: исследование функциональной асимметрии и межполушарного взаимодействия при помощи теста дихотического прослушивания весьма информативно и может способствовать пониманию патогенеза эндогенных заболеваний, а также критерия их тяжести и, возможно, эффективности лечения.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Relevance</title><p>Relevance: the deviation from a typical brain lateralization in the audio-speech sphere among patients with endogenous mental disorders is established by numerous of researches. However, the data described in scientific literature are ambiguous. One of methods of definition of a lateralization of audio-speech functions is dichotic listening. This technique is simple in use and is convenient for application both in research, and in clinical practice.</p></sec><sec><title>The goal of the study</title><p>The goal of the study: to identify and describe the peculiarities of audio-speech activity in patients with endogenous diseases by the method of dichotic listening.</p></sec><sec><title>Material</title><p>Material: three groups of subjects were examined: 33 healthy volunteers, 35 patients with endogenous affective disorders and 54 patients with schizophrenia.</p></sec><sec><title>Method</title><p>Method: the test of verbal dichotic listening with four-pair presentation of words by special audio material offered D. Kimura and adapted into Russian B.S. Kotik.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: it was revealed: 1) more high frequency of dextral asymmetry profiles in the audio-speech activity among patients with endogenous diseases compared to a healthy group; 2) relatively high frequency of bilaterality in the group of healthy subjects and low — among patients, especially with a diagnosis of schizophrenia; 3) high incidence of deviation from the normative values of right ear coefficient in patients with endogenous diseases, and low incidence of deviation in the healthy group; 4) decrease in productivity (mainly due to losing the words directed to the left ear) and the effectiveness in audio-speech activity in patients with endogenous diseases, especially with schizophrenia, compared to healthy subjects; 5) dependence of audio-speech activity on the severity of the mental state: the lowest effectiveness was in patients with severe schizophrenic symptoms that required treatment in hospital.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusions</title><p>Conclusions: the study of functional asymmetry and inter-hemispheric connectivity by dichotic listening test is very informative and can be as a basis for a better understanding of the pathogenesis of endogenous diseases, as well as an criterion of their severity and, perhaps, effectiveness of treatment.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>функциональная асимметрия</kwd><kwd>межполушарное взаимодействие</kwd><kwd>шизофрения</kwd><kwd>аффективные расстройства</kwd><kwd>дихотическое прослушивание</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>functional asymmetry</kwd><kwd>interhemispheric connectivity</kwd><kwd>schizophrenia</kwd><kwd>affective disorders</kwd><kwd>dichotic listening</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Бережковская Е.Л., Голод В.И., Туровская З.Г.
