Однако динамика этого состояния по минованию детского и юношеского возраста остается мало изученной.</p></sec><sec><title>Цель</title><p>Цель:  изучить  психическое  состояние  и  социальный  статус  взрослых,  имевших  в  детстве  диагноз  «расстройство  аутистического спектра».</p><p>Пациенты — 70 взрослых с диагнозом расстройств аутистического спектра в детстве.</p></sec><sec><title>Методы</title><p>Методы: клинико-психопатологический, катамнестический.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты:  определена  частота  и  психопатологические  особенности  стойких  расстройств  аутистического  спектра.  Выделены  фоновые  и  вариабельные  психопатологические  расстройства,  характерные  для  взрослого  возраста,  описаны  их  клинические особенности и течение.</p></sec><sec><title>Выводы</title><p>Выводы:  вопросы  постановки  диагноза  и  терапевтической  тактики  во  взрослом  возрасте  у  больных  расстройствами  аутистического спектра имеют значение для прогноза в клинической практике и продолжения научных исследований.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>Abstract</title><p>Abstract: the aim: to study a follow-up of child autism spectrum disorders in adults.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients</title><p>Patients: in the original research 70 adults with child diagnoses of autism spectrum disorders were examined for the assessement of their mental and social status.</p></sec><sec><title>Methods</title><p>Methods: psychopathological, clinical and follow-up.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: Background and variable symptoms, typical for adults are defined, their clinical features and course are described.</p></sec><sec><title>Conclusion</title><p>Conclusion:  Some  questions  of  diagnostics  and  treatment  in  adults  are  significant  for  prognosis  in  clinical  practice  and  future scientific research.</p></sec></trans-abstract><kwd-group xml:lang="ru"><kwd>аутизм</kwd><kwd>взрослые</kwd><kwd>дисфория</kwd><kwd>депрессия</kwd><kwd>агрессия</kwd><kwd>психоз</kwd></kwd-group><kwd-group xml:lang="en"><kwd>autism</kwd><kwd>adults</kwd><kwd>symptoms</kwd><kwd>dysphoria</kwd><kwd>depression</kwd><kwd>aggression</kwd><kwd>psychosis</kwd></kwd-group></article-meta></front><back><ref-list><title>References</title><ref id="cit1"><label>1</label><citation-alternatives><mixed-citation xml:lang="ru">Smith L.E., Greenberg J.S., Mailick M.R.
