Обоснование: биполярное аффективное расстройство (БАР) нередко протекает с персистирующими в межприступный период резидуальными симптомами, что приводит к проблемам в психосоциальном функционировании, нейрокогнитивному дефициту, снижению качества жизни пациентов. В настоящее время мишенью терапии является не только достижение клинической ремиссии, но и функциональной, что подразумевает восстановление социального и личностного функционирования.Цель исследования: на основании анализа научных исследований изучить существующие в настоящее время подходы к восстановлению психосоциального функционирования пациентов, страдающих БАР, и оценить эффективность их применения.Материалы и методы: систематизированный поиск публикаций проводился в базах данных PubMed, eLibrary, по ключевым словам «биполярное аффективное расстройство», «психотерапия», «психообразование», «психосоциальная работа».Заключение: приведены результаты исследований методов реабилитации, используемых для облегчения процессов адаптации пациентов, их интеграции в социум, профилактики формирования и нарастания социальной и трудовой дезадаптации. С целью реабилитации пациентов используются такие методики, как психообразование, когнитивно-поведенческая психотерапия, семейная психотерапия. Остается открытым вопрос об эффективности данных реабилитационных мероприятий и необходимости их внедрения в схему курации пациентов, страдающих биполярным аффективным расстройством.

Introduction: bipolar affective disorder frequently presents residual symptoms even in interictal period, what in its turn causes problems in psychosocial functioning, cognitive impairment and poor quality of life. Nowadays, the treatment targets are focused not only on clinical remission, but also on functional recovery and in personal recovery, patients’ quality of life. Scientific review contains results of researches, aimed on therapy modalities, that can be effective in decreasing maladjustment, integration into society, prevention of social and labour deadaptation.Purpose: to present an analysis of scientific data on currently existing approaches to the restoration of the psychosocial functioning of patients suffering from bipolar disorder and evaluate their effectiveness.Materials and methods: the keywords “bipolar affective disorder”, “psychosocial intervention”, “cognitive-behavioral therapy”, “psychoeducation” were used to search scientific articles in the databases PubMed, еLibrary.Conclusion: with a view to rehabilitation were used such modalities as psychoeducation, cognitive-behavioral therapy, family focused therapy. The question remains whether of these interventions are effective and should be integrated into treatment regimen of bipolar affective disorder.
