Остается неясным, имеют ли эти данные прогностическую значимость для длительности сохранения тревожно-депрессивной симптоматики в разных диагностических группах.</p></sec><sec><title>Цели исследования</title><p>Цели исследования: изучение длительности сохранения ведущей тревожно-аффективной симптоматики (ДСВС) в условиях терапии антидепрессантами и поиск нейробиологических, личностных и психопатологических предикторов ее устойчивости в сравнительном аспекте в разных диагностических группах.</p></sec><sec><title>Пациенты и методы</title><p>Пациенты и методы: изучен 191 пациент, из них 57 с органическим тревожно-депрессивным расстройством (ОТДР), 41 с эндогенной депрессией (ЭД), 14 с тревожно-невротическим расстройством (ТНР) и 93 с шизофренией. Структура преморбидного периода оценивалась с помощью Мюнхенского личностного теста и Торонтской шкалы алекситимии, психопатологическая симптоматика и психический статус — с помощью опросника SCL-90 и шкалы MMSE. Для оценки ведущей руки использовали опросник M. Annett. Определяли длительность сохранения тревожно-депрессивной симптоматики в условиях фармакотерапии. В последующем осуществлялся корреляционный анализ между конструктами преморбидного склада личности, психопатологической симптоматикой и длительностью ее сохранения.</p></sec><sec><title>Результаты</title><p>Результаты: длительность сохранения ведущей симптоматики была наибольшей при ОТДР (21,37 ± 8,33 дня) и наименьшей при ЭД (16,27 ± 4,38). Для ЭД положительным коррелятом сохранения симптоматики служил конструкт невротизма (r = 0,481; р = 0,001). При ОТДР длительность заболевания коррелировала положительно с ДСВС (r = 0,286; p = 0,031), а суммарная оценка выраженности по шкале MMSE — отрицательно с ДСВС (r = –0,267; p = 0,045). При ТНР наблюдалась отрицательная корреляция между выраженностью оценки MMSE и ДСВС (r = –0,585; p = 0,028) и отрицательная корреляция между величиной оценки по шкале Annett и ДСВС (r = –0,617; p = 0,032). При шизофрении значимых корреляций с ДСВС получено не было.</p></sec><sec><title>Заключение</title><p>Заключение: полученные данные имеют значение как для предикции и превенции аффективных нарушений в клинической практике, так и для дальнейшего изучения патогенеза нозологически различных тревожно-депрессивных расстройств.</p></sec></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><sec><title>The aim of study</title><p>The aim of study: the current study has been caried out in order to find the anxiety-affective symptomatology persistence duration (AASPD) under standard antidepressants therapy and its neurobiological and premorbid personality predictors in different diagnostic groups.</p></sec><sec><title>Patients and methods</title><p>Patients and methods: 191 patients were included into study. Among them 57 patients with organic anxiety affective disorder (OAAD), 41 with endogenous depression (ED), 14 with anxiety neurotic disorder (AND) and 93 with schizophrenia. </p><p>The Munich personality test and Toronto alexithymia scale were used for assessment of premorbid personality, while SCL-90 and MMSE — for the assessment of psychopathology structure. For the assessment of handedness Annett scale has been used. The product moment correlation analysis was performed for the assessment of relationships between premorbid personality, MMSE and Annett scale score and psychopathology persistence.</p></sec><sec><title>Results</title><p>Results: the symptomatology persistence was maximal in OAAD (21.37 ± 8.33) and smallest in ED (16.27 ± 4.38). Neuroticism correlated positively with AASPD in ED (r = 0.481; р = 0.001). Duration of disorder correlated positively with AASPD (r = 0,286; p = 0.031), while MMSE correlated negatively (r = –0.267; p = 0.045) in OAAD. In AND the negative correlation between MMSE and AASPD (r = –0.585; p = 0.028) and between Annett score and AASPD (r = –0.617; p = 0.032).
