Организация психиатрической помощи в амбулаторнополиклинических условиях при расстройствах тревожного и депрессивного спектра
Аннотация
В обзорной статье рассматриваются вопросы формирования модели интеграции специализированной психиатрической помощи и целесообразности соответствующего пересмотра законодательной базы России. Обсуждается имеющийся опыт разных стран в организации диагностики и лечения отдельных психических нарушений (в частности, расстройств тревожного и депрессивного спектра) с участием амбулаторных общемедицинских служб. Обсуждается консультационная модель психиатрической помощи, которая предполагает мультидисциплинарный подход с участием врачей-интернистов и специалистов в сфере психического здоровья и потенциально позволяет оптимизировать ресурсозатраты, обеспечить большую доступность служб здравоохранения.
