Становление понимания феномена расстройства половой идентификации

Аннотация
Цель обзора: представить эволюцию взглядов отечественных и зарубежных исследователей на феномен расстройства половой идентификации (РПИ), проблемы и спорные вопросы его классификации и отнесения к психическим расстройствам.
Материал и метод: по ключевым словам «расстройство половой идентификации», «гендерная дисфория» отобраны публикации в базах MEDLINE/PubMed.
Результаты: выделены следующие направления исследований: (1) распространенность и эпидемиология расстройства половой идентификации в настоящее время; (2) взгляды ученых на протяжении всего периода изучения вопроса; (3) варианты классификаций нарушений половой идентичности; (4) актуальное состояние проблемы; (5) актуальные вопросы патогенеза.
