Клинико-генетические аспекты депрессий, коморбидных ишемической болезни сердца

Аннотация
Цель: провести анализ доступных научных публикаций по проблеме клинико-генетических аспектов депрессивных расстройств у пациентов с ишемической болезнью сердца (ИБС). Материал и методы: по ключевым словам «coronary heart disease», «depression», «genetics», «genetic markers», «polymorphism», «personality», «ишемическая болезнь сердца», «психические расстройства», «депрессия», «генетика», «генетические маркеры», «личность» проведен поиск статей на английском и русском языках в базах данных MEDLINE/PubMed, Scopus, Web of science, eLibrary за период с 1990 по 2022 г. Заключение: депрессивные расстройства при ИБС представляют собой значимую клиническую проблему за счет высокой распространенности, а также влияния на особенности течения и прогноз ИБС, приверженность кардиотропной терапии. Гетерогенность клинической структуры депрессивных расстройств при ИБС (нозогенная, эндогеноморфная, эндогенная, соматогенная депрессии) обусловливает трудности дифференциальной диагностики и проведения комплекса терапевтических мероприятий. Вклад в формирование депрессивных расстройств при ИБС вносит целый ряд факторов: биологических, клинических, личностных. В свою очередь, генетические маркеры депрессий при ИБС, обладающие прогностической ценностью, требуют уточнения.
